07 January 2014
First of all Happy New Year to you all and thank you so much for all the lovely cards and gifts you sent us.
We hope you had a great Christmas and New Year.
The weather in the UK has been wet and very wild for the last couple of weeks but fortunately Lancashire hasn’t has it as bad as the rest of the UK.
We’ve had lots of enquiries from you regarding damaged trees, fencing and gates so thank you for thinking of us, we know you want to keep your animals and children safe in the garden and fencing is a vital part of this.
There are many different styles of fencing and gates we can install all of them varying in appearance, budget and material so please take a look at the image attached to view some ideas.
If you’re getting itchy feet and want to get in the garden now then please take care with regards to the weather and wrap up warm.
3 gardening tips for January are:
1. Check any newly planted trees and shurbs are securely tied to their stakes/canes to prevent them snapping and getting damaged by the wind.
2. Ensure your garden fence panels are secure.
3. Wrap up warm, take a cuppa and head to the shed for a pre-spring clean of the floor and all your tools.
